Today I received a phone call from one of my customers who has been buying crystals from me for a number of years. She shared with me that she is having some problems with her circle of acquaintances and colleagues. Having feelings of being bullied and being drained of any energy and life force that she has left. She asked me what crystals I would recommend. I decided to ask her to trust me to put together a small collection that could be used in a grid.

This is what I came up with :-

This crystal set has been created to give a period of deep defense against any energy predators that are in your current physical world. Whilst using this grid the Angelite is there to give a connection to the angelic realm and heighten your perception, enhance telepathic communication and to enable out-of-body journeys to take place. Green Chlorite Phantom Crystals are a powerful self-healing and regeneration crystal, Black Opal is a very grounding and protective stone. Stichtite helps you with self-dreams of secret lands, hidden worlds and spiritual realms that can be brought into reach. Chrysoprase helps to increases grace and equilibrium, balances energy; yin-yang, promotes independence.

Rose quartz is the stone of universal love and is known as the love stone. It helps the user feel a strong sense of self-worth. The Sceptre crystal brings the spirituality of the higher planes into the healing ceremonies and focuses the energy deep within the "heart" of the matter; i.e. the energy is directed to the "heart" of the cell, to the "heart" of the disability, to the "heart" of the subtle bodies, and most importantly, to the "heart" of the energy center of the etheric body, where re-structuring of the physical, mental, or emotional

disorders can occur.

Anthracite brings with it a sense of peace and freshness from the old to the new. This is a stone to move the being out of unsteady and unsuitable stages of life, into that of benefit and true warranty.
